Crypto-Terrorist defined as a coin developer who holds hostage upgrades, further developments, and progress of a crypto related project or currency itself. Also in conjunction with holding a percentage of premine with the intent of trading out causing nefarious or sabotage action to a crypto related project or coin.
These are my definitions and an experience I have dealt with since beginning in crypto.
What occurs is a crypto currency developer creates a currency, if it's fully his there is no issue but if a fee is paid and have a verbal contract it should be honored. Unfortunately, it gets hairy when the initial negotiator is no longer in the picture.
In my experience while inheriting the project you don't necessarily inherit the previous deal. If a true attempt to find an accord is made that is fair to both parties it should be reasonable to honor it. If either party is difficult then express a sever of the business deal and each walk away to either figure a new strategy to continue or fully shut down the project.
In my last conversation with a developer that created a currency but made a deal with abandoning project managers I received no reply to a fair offer in good attempt to find an accord.
Instead, I was given ultimatum's although in a none assuming manner that nothing would be done until full payment is made. I countered the offer to full silence.
This lack of response prompted me to assume no deal and absolutes. Which has hindered progress once learned there are security vulnerabilities to our windows wallets.
In good attempt offered the same deal to have things remedied only to be met with silence. Once again no payment, no hostaged premine, no wallet patch, no anything.
This is a Crypto-Terrorist
